We accept returns or replacements only for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size orders by default.
Report any damaged, misprinted, or defective item within 30 days after the product is delivered. If the package is lost in transit, report within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To start a claim, contact us at [support email] with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- Returns are handled through our fulfillment partner. Don’t send items back before contacting us—unauthorized returns may be declined.
- We’ll share the correct return address and RMA details after approving your request. Returns sent to the wrong address can’t be processed.
